About InNeedofAssistance

Welcome to this space.  I started this page as a forum for those like myself, who are in need of some assistance. With 936,000 plus currently unemployed in my state alone, and many more across this nation in the same predicament, my goal is to use this space so that we may be able to come together and provide aid to those in need during these trying times.  Thank you for your support, and may God Bless.

United States Air Force Veteran in need of assistance.

This may seem minor, compared to the others that are on here, but I've too found myself in a situation that I'm finding extremely hard to get out of.

I am a vet of 6 years with the United States Air Force, whom recently got out of the military, to pursue other goals.  I was barely making it after I got out, but I was still making it.  However, due to some extenuating circumstances, I was given the option to stay behind and let my family fall, or move back home to help them out.  I chose to move, which is turning out to be a mistake...

Thinking that I wouldn't have a problem, as I hadn't had a problem finding work in the past due to my military experience, and my other qualifiacations, I chose to move back to help out my sister, brother in law, and their now six month old daughter.  Both have near min. wage jobs, bills that they cannot afford (mortgage, propane, and now my neice) and given the situation I was in, doing fairly alright, I decided to move back home to help them get back on their feet.

I have been actively searching for employment for the last three months now, to no avail, and those that I thought I wouldn't have a problem helping get back on their feet, are now faced with trying to support an extra body until I get on my feet.  We have all come under a lot of pressure, and stresses since I made the move, and things are only getting worse.

I, who is generally known as the happy go lucky person, have found it very hard to remain optomistic of the situation.  I have now found myself falling behind in my own bills, goals, and even focus.  I cannot afford to live day to day wondering how things are going to be even next week with absolutely no funds available.

The economy in this state is by far the worst in this country, with 936,000 people unemployed.  Which is also making it more difficult to actually find work because of so many trying to go after the same job.

I am looking for any sort of financial assistance to get my family and I through these trying times until something good actually comes along.  Any grant information, dontations, etc would be greatly appreciated to get my family and I through these trying times...

Thank you for your time in reading this post.  I can be reached at Cdaniel121@aol.com.  Again, thank you...
